How To Print Handouts From Google Slides

You might’ve noticed that the Ctrl+P print menu in Google slides doesn’t give you the option to print in handout mode. But don’t worry, there’s still an easy way to do this. Just follow these simple steps(with pictures) and you’ll be printing in no time:

1 – Don’t use the Print button or Ctrl+P shortcut unless you want one slide per page. Instead go to File > Print settings and preview.

2 – It will probably show the default 1 slide without notes option. Click on the drop down menu and select the handout layout you want.

Just a few easy steps. You can print up to 9 slides per page or just have a single slide on the page, with or without notes. Good luck on your project and feel free to ask any questions in the comment section!
